Order Processing Times
Every order at Haute Prynts is made with attention to detail.

Standard Processing: 1–3 business days

Custom / Personalized Items: 3–7 business days depending on design complexity and production volume

Large or bulk orders: May require additional time; we will email you with updates if needed.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during seasonal periods), production or shipping may be delayed. We will notify you promptly of any major impacts to your order timeline.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery windows:

Packaging & Handling
Haute Prynts products—especially laser-cut acrylic pieces, wooden items, and UV-printed gifts—are packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival.
We take every precaution to reduce breakage and guarantee your items arrive in perfect condition.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide!
International shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Please keep in mind:

Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or taxes, depending on your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs clearance may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Certain express or oversized orders may require a physical address.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
While Haute Prynts securely packages every order, events during transit are outside our control.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

We cannot refund or replace orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.
